Ammena runs the largest  dance school for  adults and with more then 20 styles of dance offered. Ammena invites students of all ages to experience how music shapes movement and feeling; to explore the connection between personal expression and collaboration; and to move.

Are focus is on learning to love dance, and movement in a safe fun environment.
