Using your own bodyweight as resistance this class targets the entire body using ballet technique, pilates, and yoga to achieve a dancer's body.

Barre - using Ballet technique and repetition to gain long lean muscles.
DTS - Dancers technique and strengthening. Using a fusion ball and thermaband to learn proper alignment and technique for all your dance classes and everyday movement.
Barre class has heightened my love of Ballet. From each foot and arm position to lengthening your spine and neck to feeling so graceful and swan like again.
