While undergoing cancer treatment, Susan was introduced to reflexology. She had amazing results and became a Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist after retiring from a career with the military. To Susan, reflexology isn’t just a job, it’s a passion. Since 2013, LadyBug Reflexology has provided a variety of treatments (including Foot, Hand, Ear and Face reflexology; monthly hand or foot massage workshops; as well as Ayurvedic Head or Foot massages) that have helped others begin their own healing journey.

Reflexology helps to reduce stress and tension, improve circulation and the movement of lymph, and may help over (or under) active systems return to normal functioning levels.
